FALL REC 2022 REGISTRATION

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:
One clinic (weekday) and one game (Saturday) per week (K-8)
Clinics (K-8) run from Sept. 5th thru Oct.28th (see Clinic schedule below)
Games run from Saturday September 10th thru October 29th** (see Game Schedule below)
One request per player can be entered into registration record
Rosters finalized for K, 1st, 2nd, 5/6G, 7/8 boys and girls w/o 9/5
Rosters finalized for 3/4 boys and girls and 5/6B - 9/7
Team Specific Jersey (2nd grade and up) pick up at ASF Sports & Outdoors once teams have been announced w/o 9/5
Kindergarten,1st, 5th/6th Grade jersey pick up at ASF Sports & Outdoors starting on Aug. 22nd
3/4 and 5/6 tournament on Saturday, October 29th

FEES:
$220 per season for Rec player (K-8)
$100 discount for Travel players also playing REC (be sure to check the box on registration)

REC REFUND POLICY FALL 2022:
Full refunds will be applied if the entire season is canceled.
Partial refunds, minus a $35 admin fee, will be given for player withdrawal up to one week before season begins. Should further COVID-19 interruptions occur during the season, partial refunds, minus a $35 admin fee, will be considered at the Board's discretion. No refunds for player withdrawal during an active full season.
TEAMS:
Girls and Boys will be on separate teams
Groupings are: K, 1, 2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8
WSA Rec strives for team parity and competitive play
GAMES:
Team Game Schedule will be provided by your coach
Players should arrive early for all games to warmup
All Players MUST be in uniform with shinguards, cleats, no jewelry
Parents, Coaches and Players should abide by the Code of Conduct

Game & clinic cancellations are announced on the WSA hotline 203-221-9900203-221-9900; town field closures are announced on the Parks & Rec Cancellation Line 203-341-5074.203-341-5074.
WSA hotline updated generally by 2 pm during the week and 7:30 am on weekends. If there is no message, fields are open and you should report for your clinic, practice or game.
Referees can cancel the activity if they deem the fields unplayable or dangerous.
Registration Important Dates For FALL 2022 REC Season:
Registration
From July 1st to August 26th players may register and are placed on a first come, first served basis by their requests.
Late Registration
During the late registration period, prices will increase by $50. The Late Registration period will begin on August 27th.
Program Wait List
Registration for the FALL 2022 Recreational Program will be set to "Wait List" beginning on Friday, August 26th. Players who register after this time will automatically be placed on a Wait List. Wait Listed players will only be placed on a team if there is availability in their particular age group and player requests will not be honored.
