HOW TO DETERMINE IF FIELDS ARE PLAYABLE

• Call the WSA hotline at 221-9900 for a recorded message about clinics, practices, games or fields that have been canceled.
• The WSA hotline is updated generally by 2:00 PM Weekdays and 8:00AM Weekends. If there is no message, or the message has not been updated from a previous day, assume fields are open; however, you should call the Parks & Rec cancellation line at 341-5074 before leaving for the field.
• Referees/coaches can cancel the activity if they deem the fields unplayable or dangerous (to see their instructions).

Please NOTE: The Wakeman B and Ginny Parker Turf Fields will never be closed except under dangerous playing conditions.  Team practices and games may be re-assigned to this field when grass fields are closed. The WSA hotline will contain information advising of any changes.
